Welcome to 16 Bars TV. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at 16barstv.com and any related services (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Stride Creek Capital LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). 1. Eligibility

2. Editorial Content and Opinions
16 Bars TV publishes news, commentary, opinion, satire, criticism, interviews, lists, and other editorial content about music, entertainment, culture, and public figures. Editorial content reflects the views of the author and not necessarily the Company. We make reasonable efforts to verify facts, but accuracy is not guaranteed. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to grant this license and that the User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
We reserve the right to refuse, edit, remove, or attribute User Content at our sole discretion.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Post or transmit material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
- Post or transmit material that infringes any intellectual property right or right of publicity;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful code;
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Site, except as permitted by our robots.txt;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features.

The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “16 BARS TV” and the flaming-microphone logo are trademarks of Stride Creek Capital LLC.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, follow the procedure in our DMCA Policy. Repeat infringers may be banned.
7. Advertising
The Site is supported by advertising. We do not endorse advertised products or services. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
