The July 25 confrontation allegedly began after a man took Peters’ hat inside the club, with footage appearing to show the shirtless streamer confronting the man before shoving and slapping him. Club security apparently took that as their cue to act. According to footage from the scene, the men appeared to be security guards from the venue. They chased Clav and Drago to the lot and things escalated fast.
At one point in the video, one of the men appeared to place pressure around his neck while Clavicular repeatedly said he was having difficulty breathing. His boy Drago wasn’t having it — he was in the mix trying to pull the guards off, getting his own hands dirty in the process. Miami police eventually arrived at the scene, where both Clavicular and the men involved appeared to give officers conflicting accounts of what had happened.

In March, he was arrested and hit with a misdemeanor battery charge after cops said he instigated a fight between a 19-year-old woman and his 24-year-old then-girlfriend, Violet. That arrest came down as part of a February incident that escalated enough for police to get a warrant.
